Multi trades are currently looking for a Caretaker for an established company in Southport

**You MUST already have a Enhanced DBS for this role**

**About You**:

- High work ethic & team player.
- Punctual & reliable.
- Flexible approach.
- experience as a caretaker

**Daily Duties**:

- To assist the site supervisor in general maintenance and compliance checks in and around school.
- Service tickets raised each day for general maintenance from staff.
- Locking up procedures will be shown,
- responsible for the security of school premises and closing down in the evening.
- Must be enhanced DBS checked.

**Hours**:

- Monday - Friday
- 10am - 6.00pm

**Pay**:

- £14.00ph
