Inspired2Care are developing a new bespoke service and are recruiting for highly experienced and suitably qualified Senior PBS Practitioners. In this position, you will manage the day to day delivery of care, you will provide first line management to a team of Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, developing their capability through demonstrating the right values and behaviours, mentoring staff, implementation of care plans and risk management and supporting their ongoing development.

Working within a facility setting you will be responsible for leading structured care and support for residents, dealing with emergencies and the smooth running of the facility.

- Good leadership and management skills
- Experience liaising with members of MDT and families
- Experience of safeguarding and risk management
- Experienced in care planning, transition planning and development of individualised daily activity schedules
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Confident and compassionate communication skills
- Sensitive and supportive to people’s needs

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum Degree level in Health and Social Care e.g. Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Psychology
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a paid capacity supporting adults who have a diagnosis of learning disability, autism, mental health and behaviours that challenge.
- Trained in CPI / MAPA - (preferred but not essential as full training will be provided)
- Or_
- **Minimum** of 5 years relevant experience in a paid capacity supporting adults who have a diagnosis of learning disability, autism, mental health and behaviours that challenge.
- Experience in managing the day to day delivery of care in a residential or nursing facility
- Trained in CPI / MAPA - (preferred but not essential as full training will be provided)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
