This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished administrative professional who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will provide seamless, well-organised diary management and clerical support to the CEO.

**As Executive Assistant, you will have the following duties and responsibilities**:

- Preparing internal reports to keep the senior management team updated and informed
- Creating presentations to support and communicate business activity
- Diary management
- Arranging meetings as well as taking and distributing minutes
- Assisting with recruitment processes and HR administration
- Possibility of occasional travel outside the UK

**We're looking for an Executive Assistant with the following skills and experience**:

- Advanced / fluent Polish language skills
- Previous experience in a similar EA, PA, or senior administrative role providing support to a team or in a situation where competing demands need to managed
- Qualified to A-Level or degree Level (or equivalent)
- IT proficient, with advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Well organised and able to prioritise effectively and adjust to changing demands
- Enjoys working to tight deadlines
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion
- Please note; a full UK driving licence is necessary for the requirements of this role=

**Hours of work**:

- Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm each day
- Some flexibility on daily hours will be considered, although 5 days per week is a prerequisite of the role
- Office-based

**Salary and benefits**:

- £30,000 - £33,000
- 25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
