Monks Training Services opened its purpose-built plant training centre on the 1st of May 2012.

With room for all types of training and classrooms for hire we can provide training facilities that are designed to replicate a modern construction site, we feel this creates a relaxed and comfortable environment for our clients to learn.

With over 15 fully qualified CPCS, NPORS & In House Trainers and Testers currently working at Monks training services, we take pride in being able to provide quality training for individuals as well as large scale companies.

Job Title - Assistant Apprenticeships and Bootcamp Coordinator

Hours - Full time 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

Salary - £24,000 per annum

Holiday entitlement - 21 days plus bank holidays

Location - Leyland, Lancashire

**As an Assistant Apprenticeships and Bootcamp Coordinator, you will be required to work alongside the Academy Programme Coordinator assisting in the management of apprenticeship and bootcamp administration and delivery programmes.**

**To become an Assistant Apprenticeships and Bootcamp Coordinator, you'll need: -**
- Good organisational skills.
- Good word and excel skills.
- Experience with IT and CRM systems
- Willingness to join the business within a trainee position, leading to being Apprenticeships and Bootcamp Coordinator in the future.

**What you will be doing?**
- Assisting in the management of apprenticeship and bootcamp administration and delivery programmes.
- Planning and coordinating training courses in relation to apprenticeship and bootcamps in conjunction with the training coordination team.
- Learning the ESFA funding compliance, OFSTED requirements but with overall focus on the needs of our learners and employers.
- Working closely with Academy Programme Coordinator and Lead Training Coordinator on larger projects and day to day tasks.

**Where and when would I work?**

As an Assistant Apprenticeships and Bootcamp Coordinator with Monks Training, you would be working in the Leyland area.

Full time, 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
