Electrical Supervisor

**Overview of Role**:
As the Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across the electrical division. The position calls for a blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen, providing technical support to the engineering team, managing workflows within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise electrical and gas engineering teams, promoting a safety-first culture.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Resolve any arising technical and logístical issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Deliver action plans, to ensure timely work completion, at site where allocated resources have been unable to provide corrective repair
- Communicate effectively with clients, offering superior customer service, and managing expectations according to project timelines.
- Multitask across diverse projects while maintaining attention to detail and resilience under pressure.
- Lead by example, fostering teamwork and collaboration within and across teams.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Proven experience in electrical engineering within a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
- The ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Capability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on meeting client needs.
- Resilience and attention to detail.
- A team player who can collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
