The role as _Lead Client Relations Associate_ will have selected responsibilities as determined by the company and shall report directly to the Client Relations Manager. The _Lead Client Relations Associate_ may also be required to assist additional senior management within their given departments that has been initially agreed with the Client Relations Manager for the needs of the company and for audit requirements. Whilst the role does not have any direct line management reports, the holder will be expected to take a lead in driving performance in the Clients Relations department, coaching and directing their colleagues appropriately.

The _Lead Client Relations Associate_ will conduct the following primary requirements as deemed by the company:

- To carry out all administrative duties requested by the Client Relations Manager

The _Lead Client Relations Associate_ will conduct the following primary requirements as deemed by the company:

- To create and nurture long term relationship with clients.
- Ability to resolve issues
- Customer satisfaction
- Support, coach and assist her co-workers
- Attendance at the WOR Meetings
- Encourage new business
- Assist with new accounts
- Preparing cost cards for new accounts
- Collaborate with other functions including Planning, Production, Technical and Warehouse

The _Lead Client Relations Associate_ shall also assist to deliver the following in regard to the company vision and success:

- Create systems to address clients’ needs
- Act as point of contact for complaints/concerns
- Occasional off-site meetings
- Management of KPI’s
- Work closely with team
- Adhere to contract terms
- Welcome visitors to site
- Prepare daily reports
- Maintain databases
- Manage a portfolio of customers

The _Lead Client Relations Associate_ must have the following attributes to be successful within the role:

- Professional, driven and possess a highly motivated attitude
- Excellent management skills, people skills and can manage multiple projects
- Accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work independently
- Solutions orientated
- Maintain excellent communication and representation to all clients
- Possess a full, clean UK driving license (multi site working may be required)
- Punctual, smart and convey the company culture and identity to a high standard
- Be required to go the ‘extra mile’ in line with workload capacity and willingness to assist the business

Whilst the role as _Lead Client Relations Associate_ does not require any formal qualifications, experience/knowledge listed below is highly desirable:

- Experience in managing clients in a customer service environment
- Intermediate knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office packages which include Word, Excel and PowerPoint

In the event of sickness or holiday, reporting and administrative tasks usually undertaken by the role holder will be covered by the other Client Relations Associates.

The _Lead Client Relations Associate_ may also be required to work towards obtaining or refreshing the following qualifications:

- Internal auditing

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
