Company Cleaner

**ARE YOU LOOKING FOR PART TIME WORK**

Nova Training are looking to recruit permanent office cleaners for their centres in**:Birmingham, Dudley.**

Ensuring client satisfaction and customer excellence is achieved and services aredelivered to agreed standards.

**Main Duties**:

- Ensuring cleaning activities are carried out to the highest standards. Duties willinclude: mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming,& emptying bins.
- You will be responsible for the offices, public areas, toilets, kitchens.
- Ensure all faulty equipment is reported to the line manager.
- Communicate any health and safety concerns or issues with your line managers.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that cleaning equipment is maintained and fit forpurpose before and after each evening.
- Ensure cleaning equipment you have been using is cleaned correctly, maintainedand used efficiently and stored correctly ready for the next time of use.

**To be successful, you will need**:

- Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Experience of working alone as well as within a team is desirable

**Relevant reference checks will need to be obtained prior to your commencement in employment.**

- DUDLEY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
