**Who are we?**

Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spais a leading luxury destination in the North West of England. Set in 200 acres of lush green landscape, boasting 2 function rooms, 2 meeting rooms, 76 bedrooms, a luxurious spa and two golf courses, we offer the perfect location for Weddings, Events, conferences, meetings, team building and so much more.

**What’s the role?**

The key responsibilities of the role are:

- To manage the housekeeping and public area cleaning departments to the Company standards in order to achieve guest satisfaction and maximise revenue opportunities.
- To recruit, induct and train all staff.
- To ensure financial targets are met and to ensure superior service and product quality are maintained
- To be a leader with a hands on approach and ensure that your team are developed to deliver brand standards
- To be responsible and assist with any training as necessary such as standards of procedures, COSHH and general health and safety.
- To be responsible for room checking and monitoring cleanliness of each room ensuring that rooms are delivered as per the standard.
- To maintain general security on the floors.
- To ensure that all equipment is checked thoroughly and regularly and that any maintenance problems with the equipment are reported to the relevant department.
- To control use of all products within the Department and to order stock as necessary in line with the budget.

**What you’ll need**

You will need hotel housekeeping experience and at least 4 year’s previous experience in a management/supervisory role

You will need to be organised in your work and able to work to specific deadlines

You will enjoy being proactive and accountable for your work and be able to make important decisions

Preferably, you will have good working knowledge of Opera PMS

You will have a flexible working pattern to fit in with the needs of the business**.**
