**About Strive Law**

It was founded by two lawyers with a combined specialist experience of over 25 years in the UK residential conveyancing market, with a particular specialism in the new homes conveyancing and high street and commercial conveyancing market.

We currently have 16 staff, made up of 7 lawyers, all supported by a pre-exchange team, a completions team, a registrations team and a compliance team.

It is not rocket science to work out that with any professional service business model built purely on volume, customer service is often the first casualty. As such, Strive Law employs a business model that’s not built on commoditising our clients or their transactions. Our model is built on employing staff with the time to be able to identify the unique requirements of our clients and any unique qualities of their particular matter.

Strive Law sensibly applies strict limits to the amount of new matters our lawyers and assistant teams can take on each month, so that they can focus on providing a quality service for all our clients, all of the time, as well as allowing them to be available throughout the deal to other stakeholders in it, such as the estate agent and mortgage brokers.

Strive Law manages to place the utmost importance not only to its service to its clients but also to the welfare of its staff, providing a second-to-none working environment. We nurture this culture to ensures our staff are valued, respected, and happy in their work.

We work hard to maintain loyalty and trust amongst our staff by fostering a collegiate atmosphere, promoting a firm-wide default position of decency, alongside promoting a policy of a good work / life balance.
