**Planned Preventative Maintenance Coordinator**:

A role based within the Robotics Service Engineering Team in Milton Keynes. Primarily dealing with planned preventative maintenance scheduling. Liaising with customers, engineers, and 3rd party suppliers, ensuring there is accurate and timely communication to all regarding dates, parts, and equipment. Following up any post preventative quotes and recommendations. Performing all tasks to a high quality and ensuring it complies with ABB’s and the customers standards, procedures and policies.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leads and delivers planned preventative agreement coordination.
- Aim to exceed customers expectations through excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ensuring all information is accurate and that all tools and parts required are on site when needed.
- Daily interactions with customers, internal and external.
- Support/follow up with Post maintenance quotes and recommendations.
- Seeking feedback from customer and following up responses.
- HSE: Reviews and communicate all on site entry requirements for engineers visit. Ensures proper PPE is noted and Daily.

**Your background**:

- Background in customer service, administration, or service.
- IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
- SAP experience/awareness.
- Scheduling tool / Salesforce experience.
- Demonstrate excellent organization skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Team player.
- Self-Motivated.
- Task driven.
- Ability to take on multi roles.
