**The Client**
My Client is one of the UK's leading providers of planned and responsive maintenance services within the social housing sector. Due to managing an increased number of properties, they are looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Roofer to cover the Skelmersdale region and the surrounding areas.

**The Role**
You will be working on the reactive maintenance stream carrying out day to day maintenance and repairs. You will be required to enter domestic properties and respond to maintenance issues called in by tenants. You will receive your bookings via a hand-held PDA.

**Duties**

All aspects of Roofing Repairs
Replacing Tiles or Slates
Replacing Felt

**Tickets / Qualifications & Experience Required**

Current valid CSCS Card
Asbestos Awareness Certificate (although we can arrange for you to do this on line prior to starting on site)
Valid UK driver's licence
**_Must have_** previous experience of working on reactive maintenance projects
You must also be able to provide two check-able work references and proof of your eligibility to work in the UK.
