Aftercare Coordinator

We are looking for an Aftercare Coordinator to join our commercial team.

**Position**:
**You will be**:

- Organising service engineers diary and paperwork
- Dealing with Commerical After Sales enquiries from initial contact through to completion
- Liaising with other departments to resolve customer issues/queries
- Recording all relevant information using the appropriate systems
- Ensuring all materials are readily available for the engineers to collect prior to call.
- Responsible for all CCF return management that arise from replacements.
- Based at our site in Wellingborough

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
1-2 years Customer Service experience, not essential.

**Skills**:
Excellent administration and organisational skills.

Able to work as part of a team and using your own initiative.

Able to be flexible and work within a fast-paced environment.

Excellent Attention to detail.

Experience of using Window Designer or similar software.

Excellent customer service and communication levels.

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

**Other information**:
**Working hours** - Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

**Salary** - From £23,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
