I am working with a rapidly growing company in the UK that specialise in helping enterprise clients leverage next gen IT services.

They are currently on the lookout for a Business Analyst too assist designing, developingand implementing IT processes, conducting research and performing analysis required to build respective modules within ServiceNow Platform based upon Client requirements.

Are you a BA who has worked on the below?
- Work closely with Clients to understand and translate their business and technical requirements.
- Organise workshops, capturing the output in the form workflows, minutes, actions, decisions, issues, and risks.
- creative solutions to resolve business problems via agreed Client requirements on the ServiceNow platform, utilising existing Out of the Box capabilities, process gaps (ITIL or equivalent) and cultural challenges.
- Support the technical delivery of transformation projects based on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform (especially ITOM & ITIL) and the potential value and benefits that can be delivered to Clients, either OOB or with minimum customisation
- Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders; such as clients and internal team members
- Skilled in conducting / leading workshops of minimum of 10 people
- Decompose high-level information into details
- Ability to articulate technical IT changes in clear and simple manner to business stakeholders

Product Development
- Assist in ideation and process capture
- Provide support for the iterative improvement of products via a backlog of work

Pre-Sales
- Assist in the development of promotional material
- Assist in presenting proposal collateral to prospective clients
- Support demonstrations of existing IP and/or ServiceNow capability when required
