Job Introduction
Would you like to work in a team which supports individuals who have been domestically abusive or sexually harmful to desist from domestic abuse or sexually abusive and harmful behaviours, as well as protect children through enhancing parents/carers’ ability to protect? SWIFT are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated practitioner to join our Domestic Abuse and Sexual Risk Theme.
For this post it will be important to have relevant experience in working within the field of domestic abuse and/or sexual risk. The successful applicant will have knowledge of the impact of domestic abuse and sexual abuse on children and their families and be committed to reducing the risks and enhancing family’s strengths. Applicants will need to have excellent skills in assessment, intervention and written and verbal communication. They will need to have had experience in providing evidence-based assessments, giving evidence in Court, and providing consultation and advice to other professionals.
Interviews will take place via Microsoft Teams unless you request an in-person interview. If you are unavailable on these dates let us know and we may be able to schedule an alternative date to interview you.

Additional Information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Due to the restrictions we cannot guarantee that individuals that meet the requirements of the Points-based Immigration System will be issued with clearance to obtain work permits.
