**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title**

Landscape Assistant

**Objectives**

The objectives of the job are to:

- Work alongside Team Leader and assisting as required.
- Learn new skills within the landscaping industry.
- Ensure that quality is maintained to a high standard.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained to a high standard.

**Accountable to**

Paul Baker (partner), Ben Jackson (team leader).

**Responsible for**

This role has no responsibilities for other employees.

**Working relationships**

The Landscape Assistant will be will also be expected to liaise with their team leader and partners in the business.

- Working hard to help Team Leader as required.
- Assist with site productivity.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Be motivated to learn.
- Can take instruction.

**Key tasks**

The key tasks are:

- To meet and exceed client requirements.
- To carry out works to the highest of standards.
- To work with Team Leader of project from start to completion.
- To keep the site tidy and organised.
- Improve on landscaping skills.
- To always work in a safe manner.
- To liaise with Team Leader.
- Ensure the experience for the client is easy, stress free and friendly throughout the project.
- Ensure the teams tools, vehicle and other workspaces are always kept clean and tidy.

**Salary**: From £96.00 per day
