**BRIEF OVERVIEW**

Leading contractor that provides electrical and mechanical services to the construction industry is urgently looking for an Electrical Estimator to be based in their Derby offices.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Represent the company in an honest and professional manner at all times.
- Carry out the tenders for electrical installation projects with values ranging from £300k to £5.0 Million in value.
- Provide tender support to other estimators, design staff and contracts staff on an ongoing basis.
- Liaise with suppliers, wholesalers and manufacturers during the tender process.
- Attend internal and external tender meetings on projects when required
- Liaise with clients, construction companies, architects and engineers as required.
- Provision of supporting tender information to contracts & design department.
- Play a prominent part in the estimating team during the tender process
- working independently as well as part of the estimating team when necessary
- Liaise with sub contractors and suppliers.
- Assist building close relationships with clients and potential clients.
- Attend technical and health and safety courses required.

**SALARY PACKAGE**
- Salary £50,000 - £55,000
