IT PMO Governance Analyst

Our prestigious Global Investment Bank client is looking for a contract IT PMO strong in governance and financial reporting for an initial 6 month contract

In addition to the core roles, they will also act as a back-up (cover) for standard activities, such as CAB, when required.
They will manage the workload prioritization process held on a weekly basis, tracking ongoing tasks are allocated to the corresponding resources in accordance with the ongoing projects and appropriate budgets.
They will assist UK ITS cost tracking with other ITS teams, whatever their location (London, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, New-York), and manage ITS financial tracking with the London based business line IT support teams, IT CIO, Procurement and Finance departments.They will control and coordinate budget transfers between the UK and locations as needed to fund support and project delivery for the business. They will work to improve the quality of financial tracking delivered by IT Production Services.
They will drive the ITS support teams to report their time resource booking, project and obsolescence tracking and other key reports on time.

Key Responsibilities

IT PMO / Governance Analyst:

- Managing the workload prioritization process for all IT Production Services teams.
- Manage the telecoms cost allocation and expense review for London Branch ( GIT & GMD )
- Manage the CALITRACK procurement process
- Manage project Calitrack epics/dashboard for reporting purposes to all committees
- Manage obsolescence governance process for projects budget and requirements for UK & EMEA
- Manage HW investment process for projects budget and requirements for UK & EMEA
- Manage the monthly time bookings forecast of all IT production services teams.
- Manage weekly project pack reporting process.
- Manage governance process for SLA, OEAs, Datacentre vendor certifications.
- Manage the budget transfer process and the London branches BT tracker all year round.
- Providing monthly budget tracking KPIs and management dashboards
- Providing commentary on financial data provided by the CIO and Finance teams
- Liaising with the Procurement team for maintenance renewal tracking
