Enhance Living Support Services (ELSS) are looking for Care Workers within North Lanarkshire areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time Contract

Hourly Rate: £10.50 per hour

**Responsibilities**:
Carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard for the health, safety and welfare of self, colleagues and report accidents as necessary.

Implement person centred care for every Service User that meets their needs and wishes and demonstrate outcomes

Establish and maintain good relationships and empathy with the people we support and their relatives

Ensure that the people we support are treated with privacy, dignity and respect at all times

Ensure care is provided in accordance with individual care plans

Ensure a professional approach is maintained at all times whilst carrying out duties

Ensure that GDPR regulations are adhered to and under no circumstances any information, personal or otherwise is divulged to any other non represented parties

Requirements of Care Assistants:
Register as a Care Assistant with SSSC

SVQ2 to 3 minimum - Health & Social Care must be completed within a certain time

E-learning courses must be completed and maintained

Experience within a nursing/care home or community environment preferred

Passion in delivering high quality care in the community

PVG Disclosure

Covid weekly testing

Covid vaccinations

Location: Coatbridge + Hamilton

Licence: Driving (essential) and access to car

Mileage Allowance

COVID-19 considerations:
LFD asymptomatic testing
All PPE is supplied by the Company.
