**Job summary**:
Wakehurst is looking for an experienced Interpretation Producer to join our dynamic Marketing & Strategic Communications team. The Interpretation Producer will engage and inspire a diverse audience with the mission of Wakehurst, through compelling, accessible and creative interpretation about our garden collections, our horticulture, the Millennium Seed Bank and Kew Science.

The postholder will work closely with Programmes to help develop and deliver the seasonal offer, with a particular focus on families. The role will involve developing interpretation in its many forms, including panels, exhibitions, audio, maps, trails, and digital iterations.

**Job description**:

- This role will suit someone with a keen eye for strong stories and with excellent research, fact checking, copywriting and communication skills, and a detailed understanding of how to craft interpretation for different audiences. We are looking for a storyteller with a passion for the natural world and a desire to inspire others to share the wonder.**Person specification**:
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a great team researching content and delivering high quality interpretive outputs from concept stage, delivery, liaising with external contractors to guide design, build and install.
