My client is a leading not-for-profit organisation seeking to bolster its finance team with an interim Transformation Lead on an initial 24-month fixed term contract with an option of being extended for a further 12-months.

**The main responsibilities of the interim Transformation Lead are**:

- To lead on and project manage system upgrades and developments and to lead on the implementation of the new finance system.
- Responsible for system administration, ensuring reports are being run effectively and all checks are being completed.
- Be responsible for improving the finance processes and ensuring they are being run correctly.
- Develop detailed road maps for the finance system and processes.
- A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience in improving/changing a finance process and an understanding of what the finance department needs.
- Experience in working with extensive and complex accounting systems, Business world would be desirable.
- An ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment.

My client can offer a flexible approach to working with five days a month in the office and the rest working remotely. There is also a strong opportunity to get extended.
