**Working Hours**:05.30am - 18.00pm, 4 On 4 Off

Stonegate Farmers are seeking to strengthen their Packing Centre Production Team with the recruitment of a Production Supervisor. As a Supervisor in our Production department, you will be responsible for efficiently supervising, leading and assisting an assigned team in meeting all operational targets whilst delivering to production KPIs.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- To assist in the completion of all orders set out on the plan, through the correct set up of all equipment on line and basic fault finding that could incur stoppages and hamper the success of the line.
- Supervise the day to day running of the team to ensure the KPI’s are met at all times. Managing non-conformance processes and corrective action activities to ensure compliance with Company Policies/Procedures/Standards.
- Attainment to plan; Egg Utilisation (best practice), Quality, Labour Control, Waste Control, Production Downtime, Utility Usage, Stock Control and other measurements of efficiency.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately produced and audit ready in line with both internal and external procedures and standards.
- Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement
- Motivate and develop your team, identifying and implementing training as required, using the performance improvement and disciplinary procedure where necessary
- Lead effective handovers with oncoming Team Leads/ Managers
- To develop a working environment that is free from intimidation, harassment and bullying

**Person Specification**:

**Essential Experience and Knowledge**:

- Level 2 Food Safety
- Previous experience within a leadership role within a production / manufacturing environment is essential for this role.
- Previous experience working within a Food Production environment
- Health and Safety (equivalent to IOSH managing safely)
- Management of a team
- Delivering to strict deadlines

**Preferred Experience and Knowledge**
- Fast paced FMCG or food operations environment
- Entry Level HACCP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £13.45 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.25 per week
