Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with a well established and growing Legal Firm who are searching for a Real Estate Solicitor to join their team in the Central London area.

Job Responsibilities:

Providing legal advice to a range of clients including the negotiation and drafting of documentation.
- Management of Client/Matter files, specifically for Developers both Nationwide and Regional, becoming a Trusted Advisor to them.
- Carrying out in an effective, efficient and timely manner the various stages of legal proceedings with the aim of protecting the interests of the client.
- Proactively developing new business opportunities from internal cross-referrals, existing clients and other professionals.
- Meeting agreed targets and exhibit a commercial approach to financial management.
- Commit to continued professional development in this specialist sector.
- Working under the direction of a Partner and receiving assignments with specified objectives.
- Undertake marketing and business development initiatives.
- Management of client/matter files.
- Management of fee income and collection of bills.

Job Requirements:

A sound knowledge of the law requisite for working in a Real Estate team.
- Good working knowledge in site set ups for developers.
- Ability to act independently to a reasonably high level, but also to work with more experienced Partners and Fee Earners on more complex and specialised matters as required.
- Build good relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals.
- Good communication skills at all levels.
- Discretion and the ability to respect client confidentiality.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Able to work in a team as well as on your own.
- Good attention to detail and drafting skills.
- Excellent IT literacy.
- 1 to 5 years PQE.

**Salary**: Very Competitive and DOE.
