**Live Out Housekeeper / Nanny**

**LOCATION**:Kensington, London.

**EMPLOYMENT TYPE**: Full time, permanent, live-out.

**SALARY**: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on proven experience.

**SUMMARY**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing and cleaning all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces to the highest standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the household, working alongside the main housekeeper.
- Provide childcare for two young children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and engagement in age-appropriate activities.
- Prepare and cook family-style meals on a regular basis.
- Perform household duties such as laundry, ironing, and occasional errands as required.
- Collaborate with the main housekeeper and other staff members to ensure smooth household operations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven experience working as a housekeeper and nanny for other UHNW families.
- Energetic, proactive, and presentable demeanour.
- Ability to clean to high standards and follow specific instructions regarding household preferences.
- Familiarity with family-style cooking and willingness to prepare meals according to dietary preferences.
- Flexibility to work normal hours with occasional evening babysitting as needed.
