Wedding Wardrobe is a gorgeous bridal boutique based in Chester le Street in County Durham. In addition to beautiful designer wedding dresses, we carry elegant accessories, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride and we also offer bespoke design services through our sister company.

Position:Part time

**Salary**: Minimum £10.50 per hour plus performance bonus

We have a fantastic opportunity for a weekend bridal sales consultant to join our small friendly team. You must have an outgoing personality, love talking to people and an eye for style.

You will be responsible for helping brides find their dream dress and all aspects of customer service to help make their experience memorable and special.

We are looking for a warm, charming, punctual and genuine team player with interpersonal skills, strong values and integrity. We value initiative and creativity supported by dedication and a strong work ethic.

We do require Saturdays to be worked, with the possibility of additional hours during busier periods.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Providing great customer service, creating a fun environment
- Admin tasks include but not limited to - appointment bookings, pre-appointment consultation.
- Steaming of dresses
- To upsell services and products where appropriate
- To work with Alteration Specialists to arrange appointments to personalise and fit gowns/dresses
- Ensure that the store and products are consistently maintained and in pristine condition at all times

**Essential requirements**:

- Previous experience within a sales or in a retail sales environment
- Must be bubbly and enthusiastic and able to offer exceptional customer service.
- Must have good time management skills, be flexible as to workload
- Must be physically able to undertake the demands of the role which does include lifting
- A passion for fashion, and for going the extra mile to make customers look and feel fantastic
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skill
- Ability to energetically create a supportive environment and work well with other team members
- Attention to details
- Quick to learn
- Team player

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.80-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 7.5 - 15 per week
