Overview:
This is a self employed part-time position to cover the busy summer holiday period.

**Duties**:

- Individually run Half Term Summer Camps up to 12 kids.
- Plan serious and challenging sessions for the group.
- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions to enhance players' skills and performance
- Develop and implement effective coaching strategies to improve team dynamics and performance
- Motivate and inspire players to achieve their full potential
- Collaborate with other coaching staff to create a cohesive training programme

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and motivate players
- In-depth knowledge of football techniques, tactics, and rules
- Excellent leadership abilities to guide and inspire players
- Ability to analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Must have a minimum Fa Level 2 or Uefa C License.

Pay: £15.00 per hour
