**Economics Teacher - Tower Hamlets - September Start**

Our client, a highly-regarded secondary school in the vibrant borough of Tower Hamlets, is actively seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Economics Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time, permanent position commencing in September, offering a competitive salary aligned with the MPS/UPS scale (M1 to UPS3).

**The Role**:
As an Economics Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in fostering students' understanding and appreciation of economics. Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing and delivering engaging and stimulating lessons to KS3/4/5 students.
- Developing creative lesson plans in accordance with the national curriculum and school's educational philosophy.
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their learning.
- Collaborating with colleagues to enrich the Economics department's offerings and maintain high academic standards.
- Staying current with pedagogical advancements and curriculum developments within the field of Economics.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Economics or a closely related discipline.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
- A proven track record of successful teaching experience at the secondary level, ideally with expertise in delivering Economics to KS3/4/5 students.
