**The role**:
As a Contracts and Stock Administrator, you'll work within our branch team to help support our customers and colleagues with your expertise, organisation and customer service skills. You’ll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment and we’re sure you’ll have some fun along the way
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service with all communications with our customers, colleagues and suppliers.
- Deliver an excellent in-branch customer service and administration support
- Stock management - day to day stock replenishment and maintenance
- Ordering the right stock at the right time
- Work regularly with spreadsheets and databases ensuring processes are maintained and reviewed in line with business requirements.
- Prioritise workloads to achieve deadlines in line with set timescales.

**Skills and competencies**:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Ability to pick up information quickly and work with data
- Clear communication and able to work with various stakeholders.
- Computer literate and able to use Excel / Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Plumbing and Heating industry would be beneficial
