A major British-owned electrical products manufacturer in the UK is looking for a bright and creative Graduate Trainee to join their successful team in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership and play a central role in defining the business' marketing and social media strategies, managing the delivery of these and producing impactful results.

**Role Responsibilities**

You'll be joining a successful family-run business that have developed into an internationally recognised British brand within the cable industry. As they continue to grow, they require a dynamic Graduate Marketing and Social Media Trainee who will be:

- Presenting a unified brand message across a range of social media platforms eg. TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads
- Continuing to raise the brand profile to customers such as professional contractors and electrical wholesalers
- Leading projects, such as refreshing the company website with the help of external agencies
- Coordinating marketing events ie. on-site factory tours with schools/colleges, electrical wholesalers and electrical contractors
- Producing video content and print media
- Monitoring and analysing the success of online initiatives and reporting the results to management
- Staying up to date with marketing and social media developments and best practices

**Rewards**

As a Graduate Marketing and Social Media Trainee, you will receive:

- A starting salary between £25,000 - £28,000
- Your share of the company's profits in the form of an annual bonus (projected to be significant due to the impact of this role)

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this Graduate Marketing and Social Media Trainee role, you should have:

- A bachelor's degree ideally in marketing, business, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Creativity, self-motivation and the ability to work independently and use your initiative
- Some knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools
- The ability to think analytically and solve problems
- Enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time, Graduate

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
