If you do, this role is perfect for you Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for an Estate Services Caretaker on a permanent contract based in Cambridge.

**A bit about the role**:
As a Estate Services Caretaker, you will be an experienced Caretaker to join us to provide an effective, responsive and pro-active customer focussed relief caretaking service that is of consistently high standard.

Some of the key results for the role include:

- Have basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations in relation to environmental services as defined by the organisation?
- Be able to organise your own workload efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Be able to achieve cleaning industry specific competency such as BIC OPC level 1&2
- Have good literacy and basic Numeracy skills
- Work as a member of a team and understand the wider impact f the work on residents and other departments
- Be self-motivated, flexible, personable and pro-active

This role will require a Basic DBS check and a driver’s licence.
