Qc Supervisor

THG LABS offers a unique end-to-end service specialising in the development and supply of premium beauty and cosmetic products to highly respected brands and retailers on a global scale. We now have over 500 talented individuals working across our sites in Trowbridge, Frome and Radstock, including a state-of-the-art laboratory and 98,000 square foot ever-developing manufacturing site.

We are now searching for a positive and pro-active **QC Supervisor **to join our fast-paced goods in Quality team at our Frome site on a full-time basis

**Working hours**: Monday to Friday 5.45am-2pm & 1.45pm-10pm **(Shift Rotation)**

**Responsibilities**
- Providing daily support for the Quality Manager, including providing guidance and help for the QC Team when required
- Attending daily QC meetings and ensuring the team are fully briefed on any issues
- Ensuring shift handovers are completed and all information is relayed to the incoming supervisor
- Checking completed works order paperwork, entering errors on the Issues Log and feeding back to relevant teams
- Collating monthly error summaries
- Organising re-works, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately
- Conducting QC checks and ensuring members of the QC team attend as required, to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the QC function
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy in relation to line paperwork, ensuring stock is produced to a high standard with mínimal or no customer returns/issues
- Investigating issues, segregating affected products, and reworking if necessary
- Following all GMP, Hygiene & Quality and Health & Safety requirements

**Requirements**:

- Supervisory experience
- Quality Control background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to commit to shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Frome, BA11 2FN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supervisory: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
