Deputy Manager Contract
£22.50 per hour
40-hour contract per week
Company pension.
5.6 weeks Annual leave.
PVG paid
NMC paid
Onsite parking
The Deputy Manager must be a Registered Nurse, who holds an up-to-date PIN.You will have the ability to communicate at all levels and a strong individual, who is able to work on your own initiative, unsupervised.
Typical Duties
Check and monitor the standard of care is delivered to a high standard.
Appropriate professional support is provided to the care team.
Relevant reviews of care plan/risk assessments & medication administration.
To ensure all assessment tools are in place and utilised.
Ensure all residents have a completed assessment prior to admission into the care home.
Taking account of their physical, social and psychological needs.
Deploying staff efficiently in relation to care duties by setting up and controlling an off duty.
Establish good person relationships with residents and their families.
Work with the Home Manager to ensure all induction and mandatory training is complete and identify other specific training needs as required by the service.
To deputise as the Home Manager in the absence of the manager.
