**Role: Workshop Welder Fabricator**

**Location: Winsford**

**Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30am till 16:30 - Friday 7:30am till 13:00**

**Salary: £29,000 to £31,000 dependent on Experience**

Due to expansion we have a full time permanent position available for 2 Workshop Welder Fabricators.

We are looking for 2 skilled Welder Fabricators to join on a permanent basis, who want to be part of a progressive, growing, dynamic specialist Engineering and Manufacturing Business.

As a Workshop Welder Fabricator you will be joining one of the most successful and established marine engineering companies in Cheshire, with both European and International clients. The welding work you undertake will see you working on ground breaking and unique Military and Marine equipment. Meaning that you will be working on something that will keep you both interested and engaged with the work you do.

The workshop welders in our team have access to excellent equipment, a very clean and safe working environment, as well as management and leadership who are willing to invest in and up-skill their team.

We are looking to bring in another workshop welder fabricator due to increased work projects and continued growth of the business. Keeping our team happy is paramount and we pride ourselves on looking after our staff.

In return we are looking for someone who is...
- Able to hold or achieve a coded level of welding
- Able to perform overall welding duties of tacking, polishing and dressing where required
- Read and interpret blue prints, specifications and work instructions, with the ability to communicate clearly what needs to be done
- Able to perform fabrication skills
- Mig and Tig skilled
- Able to work in a quality controlled environment
