**Duties**:
- Assisting with all administration duties in the installations department
- Handling customer enquires and complaints
- Assisting with planning and coordinating to optimise customer experience
- Dealing with customer requests for collections, relocations, pricing and site surveys
- Take receipts for orders and receipts and completion of these
- Management of equipment and returns of this
**Skills and Experience Required**:
- Excellent numerical skills and use of MS Excel would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- A willingness to solve problems and support customers
