**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the Group Head of People & Culture and Talent team to advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies.
- Promote and utilize our recruitment toolkit, including competency-based questions, assessment centers, Bamboo ATS, and marketing frameworks.
- Maintain recruitment reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and target top talent through headhunting (e.g., LinkedIn) and talent pipelines.
- Manage agency relationships, including budget management and process coordination.
- Support recruitment projects aligned with agreed timelines and sourcing methodologies.
- Conduct skills gap analysis in coordination with the Group Head of People & Culture.
- Lead initiatives with apprenticeship providers and engage with local colleges and universities to enhance attraction strategies.

**Essential Skills**:

- Previous experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Experience in managing recruitment budgets and agency relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-functional business environment.
- Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in researching and presenting meaningful data and reports.
