We are currently working with one of the UK’s fashions aftercare specialists based in Battersea as they seek a Clientele Specialist.
To be considered for this role, you will need previous sales experience, ideally within luxury retail (desirable, not essential). You will need to be a team player, customer centric and have a proactive approach to exceed targets.
**Salary: £25,000 - £28,000**
**Key Deliverables**:
- Build and develop a rapport with customers
- Use and develop your product knowledge to up-sell services
- Outbound calling warm leads to gain customer interest and deal with customer queries
**Contract type**: Permanent - Full Time
**Hours**: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00) and flexible to work some Saturdays
