Following a continued period of growth, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our top performing Cloud Infrastructure Software Team in London.

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

Your days will be filled with excitement and challenges as you take on the following responsibilities:

- Identify future business prospects and craft strategic plans to drive growth within your specialized market.
- Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from the first interview to successful placement and beyond.
- Win new and exciting accounts, making your mark as a key player in the recruitment landscape.

**Skills and Experience**

We are looking for a superstar who possesses the following qualities:
Proven new business development ability, with a track record of building successful desks and maximizing new opportunities.

A flexible and adaptable attitude towards work, ready to take on any challenge that comes your way.

The ability to work autonomously, showcasing your self-motivation and drive.

Previous knowledge and experience in IT recruitment would be highly desirable, but not essential.

A natural sales ability, enabling you to identify and seize business opportunities with strategic sales strategies.
