**German Speaker - Customer Service**

** Ideally office based but Remote work could be discussed **

The Telemarketing Company is expanding fast and we’re growing our telemarketing team. If you have experience of working on the phone in sales or telemarketing, we would especially love to hear from you.

Salary between £12 - £13/hour based on previous experience.

**Your day to day will involve**:

- Handling customer requests either by phone or online
- Building customer relationships
- Administration and Account Management duties
- Accurately enter pertinent customer data and research customer information
- Provide excellent customer service at every touchpoint, and should you need help managing a customer’s concern, your manager will be there to help with resolution
- Responsible for in-depth knowledge of products and services offered, learning about products and staying up to date on new product or policy changes
- Ability to speak fluent English and German to a business level (mandatory)
- Reliability and commitment
- A professional telephone manner
- Good communication and listening skills
- A-levels or above academic qualifications
- Previous experience is not essential but will be advantageous
