You must be a good communicator, confident and have reasonable IT skills

Good telephone manner is essential

Rates negotiable

Working from our Huntingdon office initially

This will be a self Employed role.

Being part of our bank team would require you to be available as and when we require you to cover for holiday and sickness within our team, this could be up to a maximum of 40 hours a week, some weeks we wont require you at all. This role could potentially lead onto a permanent position

Expectations for this role:

- Making a minimum of 28 calls an hour (we know you will get hold of 13 and book 2)
- Mixture of cold leads and warm leads which will be allocated to you so we can measure activity
- Qualify the lead by explaining what we do as a company and how we have helped clients receive thousands of pounds in compensation, various payment options available to them.
- Ensuring the appointment is updated correctly on salesforce with the relevant notes available for the sales agent.
- Communicate effectively with the team members and management.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets (10 sat per day pro rata if your part time)

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
