Social Media Apprentice

The Global Services Apprenticeship Program is tailored to meet BCG’s growing business demands. This is designed for someone who is passionate about learning the workings of global cross-functional teams and delivering skills needed for BCG’s global servicessupport functions. This role is in the Marketing team.

**A typical day**
- You will be responsible for driving growth and visibility for BCG across social media by activating our Employee Advocacy channels
- You will support the team by driving the social content plan: drafting social media pieces, editing graphic assets, and publishing on our employee advocacy channel.
- You will be conducting performance analysis to optimize our content practices
- You will develop your knowledge of the social media landscape and content marketing trends
- You will work developing social media content plans for different channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
- Developing promotional content kits for various campaigns
- Collaborating with different internal and external stakeholders

**You must have**
- GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent

- An active interest in social media/ Digital Marketing/ Communications
- Some experience with writing blogs, articles, social media, communications pieces

- Enjoy challenging traditional thinking & pushing for better outcomes
- Keep open & transparent communication with teammates
- Work with others to solve problems, take ownership of your tasks & can ask for help as needed
