**The Role**

As a Senior Game User Researcher, you will be responsible for leading our market and product research.

Your insights about games, players, and the wider markets will help guide our customers and our internal platform.

You will enjoy a diverse variety of work across multiple game genres and platforms and have the opportunity to use a wide range of personal and professional qualities, including scientific, creative, and interpersonal skills.

Some of the tasks you’ll be involved with include:
Meeting with producers/designers or other related stakeholders to identify requirements and present findings
- Communicate research results to multiple levels of the organisation in creative ways that create impact
- Develop long-term user research strategy plans
- Create new methodologies for unique research questions while maintaining high research quality
- Promote and inspire innovation in the Testify Research team and the wider company
- Conducting expert analyses on a diverse variety of game genres across various platforms
- Manage and oversee multiple (if not all) user research projects
- Researching new ways to understand players’ experience of game design
- Contribute to training junior researchers and the involvement of the UR team
- Assist Operations in driving efficiencies within the UR department
**Qualifications**

You will contribute to the team with skills such as:

- You will have 5+ years experience in User Research in the game industry, conducting various kinds of studies throughout the life cycle of a product
- Reliable analytical and scientific skills in experiment design and data analysis.
- Experiences in both quantitative and qualitative research.
- Creative and empathic inter-personal skills in English, both oral and written.
- Logical, task driven approach, with the ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Interest in psychology, human-computer interaction, interaction design, user experience, game design, or related fields.
