Trainee Bartender

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Bartender for the exciting redevelopment of The Ship Tavern in Anstruther, Fife.

After significant investment the property reopened in April 2023.

The tavern is dog friendly with a family atmosphere. We provide premium beers and lagers, quality wines and spirits, champagnes and fresh cocktails as well as artisan coffees.

Full cocktail and barista training will be provided.

Anstruther is a small friendly town with a bustling holiday season.

This is a permanent position for a Trainee Bartender, although some part-time positions are also available, as part of this role they will support the serving team in the day to day running of all aspects of a busy and dynamic public house. This role may include working on your own in quieter situations.

Although there is not a requirement of a proven track record in similar previous roles, your personality should demonstrate our ethos of "Service Is Everything".

As a Ship Tavern Trainee Bartender you will receive an excellent basic salary as well as a share of tips. You may also share in an annual bonus scheme.
