**JOB DETAILS**:
EcoGrid Ltd manufactures, imports, and distributes a range of primarily eco-friendly & sustainable construction products. As part of our vibrant team, you’ll join our IT department to support our e-commerce growth, focusing on enhancing the performance of our Amazon and Shopify platforms. These platforms are seamlessly integrated with our Linnworks management system, ensuring efficient and streamlined operations across our online sales channels.

**Responsibilities**:
**Amazon Account Specialist**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon seller accounts, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Optimize product listings for better visibility, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Develop engaging A+ content using Amazon's Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) or A+ Content Manager.
- Coordinate and manage Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) processes and monitor inventory levels.
- Analyse account performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to drive improvements.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices.

**Shopify SEO Specialist**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs.
- Optimize website structure, internal linking, and site speed for better user experience and search engine visibility.
- Create SEO-friendly blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages.
- Monitor website performance, track keyword rankings, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Stay informed about SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

**Google Shopping Feed Management**:

- Craft and implement Google Shopping strategies to enhance product discoverability and boost sales.
- Harness the power of data analytics to fine-tune shopping feeds, aiming at the most appropriate audiences/groups.
- Regularly review and optimise campaign bids to secure the best return on investment.

**Linnworks System Management (Desirable)**:

- Collaborate with the management of Linnworks, our central hub for multi-channel e-commerce operations.
- Ensure seamless synchronisation between Linnworks and our online marketplaces to maintain accurate inventory and order processing.
- Explore Linnworks advanced features to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and analyse sales data for informed decision-making.
