Element Logic in Nottingham is currently looking for a Sales Support who is seeking new challenges in an international environment. The position reports to Sales Director.

**Purpose of the role**

The role of Sales Support UK is to support our customers and the sales organization in UK. The role will work closely together with the rest of the sales department, to secure profitable growth in Element Logic. The Sales Support UK will support both AutoStore sales, new business and extensions. The goal is to contribute to higher sales activity and increased customer satisfaction.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Administer incoming leads and inquiries from (potential) customers
- Register offers and orders for the sales department
- Assist the sales resources in the department with administrative tasks: calculate offers, send offers, follow-up outstanding offers, coordinate resources, make operative purchases, maintain any UK inventory lists (articles, prices etc)
- Perform sales related accounting tasks
- Maintain customer register and supplier register
- Manage all sales portals and sites

**Competence Areas**
- Preferably university degree or equivalent
- Solid experience in working with Microsoft Office and accounting programs
- Knowledge and experience from sales or administrative functions

- Enjoys working in a sales-driven environment
- Structured, efficient and thorough
- Has the ability to handle many tasks at the same time, without losing track of deadlines/priorities

**Communication skills**
- Clear communication, both oral and written, when in dialogue with customers, suppliers and other external partners in English

**Administrative/Managerial Responsibilities**
- None required, but with the capacity and ambition to take on further responsibilities as the business grows.
