**About the role**

We currently have a permanent position available in our Swindon office. You will need to provide friendly and efficient reception and office administration services to external clients, visitors, callers and employees. To act as a problem solver and use your initiative when faced with a wide range of queries. This is a full-time office-based position 9am-5pm

**Some of your duties & responsibilities**
- Answering the phone - being proactive on the phones at all times of the day (excluding lunch break)
- Post - Opening and date stamping post, putting it into the correct team folders, opening internal mail from other offices and logging into post book, responsible for all special and recorded deliveries in and out of the firm, and franking all out going post
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Maintaining the franking machine - topping it with credit where necessary, ordering ink.
- Meeting Rooms - set up all meetings with pens, water, tea, coffee, glasses, biscuits, and lunch as required
- Office administration, including issuing invoices for approval, ordering stationery and office supplies
- Provide administrative assistance to other teams when required
- Liaison with the Senior Management Team to ensure smooth running of the office
- Ensure office standards maintained are maintained, including liaison with office cleaners and other suppliers and contractors
- Assist with travel bookings via the Flight Centre
- Any other duties as required by the company

**Personal requirements**
- Prior experience as a Receptionist or Administrator working for a corporate company or firm
- Ability to actively manage a busy switchboard
- Positive outlook with a helpful and customer service orientated attitude
- Good computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
