I am recruiting for a social media savvy **Content Creator & Editor** to work their magic in a busy estate agent in Iver. My client is looking for someone with experience creating and editing content (photos, videos and digital) for their in-housemarketing materials and social media platforms. You'll be joining a young & vibrant team within a modern office setting.

**_What you'll be doing:_**
- Shooting raw video and photos of properties both for sale and to rent
- Edit content to a professional standard with quick turnarounds
- Stay up-to-date with latest visual trends and social media content strategies (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc)
- Plan and execute photoshoots with a keen eye for visuals, angles, and colours
- Create content for various platforms such as social media, Youtube, and the company website
- Develop both short-term and long-term content strategies
- Adept in Adobe content editing tools (Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc)
- **What you'll need**:_
- UK driving license and car as you will be travelling between sites
- A well-trained eye for visuals and a passion for creating unique content
- Experience working in a similar role
- Ability to work with a variety of platforms and create content strategies accordingly
- Strong understanding of social media and current trends
- Excellent editing skills using Adobe products, Canva, etc
- Existing portfolio of work to showcase your skills and style
- Own equipment to carry out shoots (some equipment will also be provided)
