Warrington, United Kingdom Premier Care Recruitment Full time

We are looking for 2 X Residential Support Workers to join our existing small and friendly team based in our modern 2 bedded Children's home in Warrington, Cheshire.

Your role will be to help and support the young people aged 8 up to 18 who have joined us after suffering some form of early life trauma, who can show signs of challenging behaviour so you must be calm, patient and resilient. No two days are the same in residential care and we offer you the opportunity to really make a difference to our young people's lives and give them a voice where they can be heard and express themselves fully.

Ideally you will have some residential care experience and it would be great if you have worked with young people previously in some capacity, must be flexible and willing to work on a rota pattern which is typically 2 on 3 off and will include some sleep shifts.

As a growing, respected care provider in the North West, we also can give you the platform to achieve your potential and we offer the perfect route to a Senior position in the future.

So if you want to join a company who truly puts the young people at the heart of everything they do please do get in touch and we can tell you more.
