Neat Painter

**Full time 37 hours- permanent**

South Yorkshire Housing Association is an award-winning housing provider and we require an experienced painter/decorator to join our Neighbourhood Environmental action Team.
- Salary - £20,125 per annum, pro rata
- Working hours - 37 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)

**More about the role**:
We’re looking for a Painter/Decorator to join our Neighbourhood environmental action team within the Voids team.

Reporting to the NEAT Team leader you will be working within a small team or on occasion alone. You will be carrying out all aspects of painting and decorating including small repairs that are needed filling holes, removing wallpaper and any other general duties for this role throughout our housing stock mainly within our Livewell Voids. Working to achieve a high standard of workmanship and always providing excellent customer care.
