Junior Estimator

My client is a market leader in their sector, based out of their state-of-the-art premises in Bredbury, Stockport, they're looking for a Junior Estimator to work within their growing commercial team.

**The Role**:

- Working alongside experienced estimators to cost and price incoming client enquiries
- Create and develop processes and systems to calculate costs and margin
- Minimise response time to customer requests and prioritise key customers
- Communicate effectively internally with other departments
- Evaluate best-selling products and trends
- Negotiate fixed price periods with suppliers
- Produce, review and update accurate product review schedules
- Deliver buying processes within agreed timescales and targets
- Monitor product quality and performance of suppliers against agreed standards
- Maintain all information on appropriate systems and documentation.
- Well-organised with good time management skills
- Strong admin skills - confident with numbers and figures
- Experience of managing and negotiating with suppliers (highly desirable, but not essential)
- High attention to detail
- Confident IT user - capable of using CRM systems and Microsoft Computer packages.

**Salary & Benefits**

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, the salary for this role is based on experience circa £25,000.
