CMA Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join our Theale based client, a leader in their field with global operations and an enviable brand.The Finance Manager will be an integral part of the Finance team, reporting to theFinancial Controller with responsibility for delivering meaningful management information, accurate financial data and timely regulatory reporting.
This is a broad and varied role, with responsibility for a small team. It’s a great time to be joining the business as they gear up for a further period of growth with a pipeline of new products.
**What will the Finance Manager role involve?**
- Preparation of company accounts in line with IFRS, working closely with the auditors;
- Preparation, of deliverable for the auditors, drafting statutory accounts and key disclosure notes;
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and quarterly reporting to parent company;
- Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure robust procedures and controls are in place;
- Ownership for ongoing fiscal requirements for the company, including VAT;
- Management of a small team.
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with experience of delivering month end reporting in industry;
- Technical knowledge of financial reporting standards;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- Strong Excel skills.
