Our client is a care provider based in Stoke on Trent. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager who is passionate about what they do. You'll be joining a well-respected organisation, with a fantastic reputation, working with ahighly supportive team.
As the Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for keeping the services running to the high standards required, as well as the growth and development of the care service.
**Job Description**:

- Leading the team to provide high-quality care across their Home Care, Supported Living, and Outreach departments.
- Developing their care service.
- Managing the day-to-day workloads of the team leaders across the three departments.
- Overseeing weekly rotas, care planning, risk assessments, and person-centered plans.
- Participating in staff and quality management review meetings as directed by the Directors.
- Assisting with the completion of tenders.
- Ensure that continued CQC compliance is maintained.
- Taking the lead on all CQC audits, supported by the Team Leaders and Quality Assurance Department.
- Providing backup support every other weekend.
- A proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.
- Level 4 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or above.
- Experience in leading a team to provide high-quality care across their Home Care, Supported Living, and Outreach departments.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC guidelines.
- The drive and motivations to develop their care service.
- Strong influencing skills and is commercially aware.
- Previous experience in completing tenders is advantageous.
- Strong organisation and planning skills.
- The ability to use Word, and Excel, and worked with an electronic monitoring system.
Hours: 5 Days per Week 8 Hours Per day

**Salary**: £30,000 per annum with CQC
